We are hiring sales professionals to lead SAP solution sales and proposals, expanding relationships with new and existing clients as a consulting services company. We seek people who create value as partners in DX and business innovation, not just handle administrative tasks.
Required: 3+ years in IT/software or consulting sales / Japanese: native level; English: business conversation and reading/writing / Proven record of understanding client challenges and closing with value-based selling / Experience in KPI-driven pipeline management and meeting sales targets
Nice to have: Sales experience with SAP products (S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, CX, Ariba, etc.) / Industry knowledge in manufacturing, retail, finance, or services / Team management or experience launching in-house services

Lead client SAP implementation projects from requirements definition to production go-live, contributing to client problem-solving with rich experience and expertise.
5+ years of SAP implementation/operations experience / Expertise in one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) / Project management experience / Client negotiation skills
Handle SAP customization development, interface development, and data migration tooling, contributing to client efficiency with strong technical skills.
3+ years of ABAP programming / Hands-on SAP custom development / Experience with system integration or migration tooling / Problem-solving and communication skills
After joining, you will acquire SAP fundamentals and consulting skills through a training program, then join real projects as a support member alongside senior consultants.
Expected graduation from a department in Japanese, English, information systems, business, engineering, or similar / Logical thinking and problem-solving skills / Communication skills (Japanese + English) / Strong interest in the IT industry
